Our team is a mix of pure strategy consultants – most of which have significant experience and proven track records within Tier 1 consultancies – and seasoned Financial Institutions professionals.
We only work with clients in the Financial Institutions sector and our consultants, ranging from the Analyst to the Partner level, are real specialists within this field. We have expertise in both business lines (e.g. retail, CIB, AM, etc.) and functions (e.g. risks, HR, etc.) within the Financial Sector.
Our staff is made of Western and Eastern European consultants. This way, we believe, that the combination of local market knowledge with the ability to benchmark best-practices from other markets is the key driver for providing outstanding results for our clients.
