
JUNIOR LEVEL
We hire people with no or limited professional experience at Intern, Analyst or Consultant Level. Typical candidates have undergraduate or graduate degrees (MA/MS) in engineering, mathematics, economics or sciences. Qualified candidates are energetic and independent individuals with exceptional and demonstrable quantitative abilities, who can perform rigorous analyses and work well as an integrated member of a project team.
EXPERIENCED LEVEL
Candidates with a 4 to 15 years experience within strategy consulting, relevant position within Financial Institutions or graduated with a MBA from a top tier business school (and meaningful relevant business experience prior to graduate school) can apply to Senior Consultant, Manager or Principal position. Candidates must understand major business strategy concepts, be insightful problem solvers with functional and industrial expertise and be able to manage consultant teams and client relationship. They are hard working, entrepreneurial, and self motivated individuals.
